I lead the end-to-end development of a tinnitus management app designed to provide education, sound therapy, and mental health support for individuals struggling with tinnitus. My role combines product strategy, UX research, and agile development to create a user-centered digital health solution.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Vision: Defined the app’s core value proposition, roadmap, and feature set based on user research and industry best practices.User Research & Experience: Conducted interviews with experts in the field to tailor the app’s functionality to real user needs.Agile Development & Team Collaboration: Managed cross-functional collaboration between developers, designers, and subject matter experts to bring the product to life.Data-Driven Decision Making: Used analytics and feedback loops to refine features and improve engagement.Cybersecurity & Compliance: Leveraged my CompTIA Security+ knowledge to ensure data privacy and security in line with health tech best practices.Marketing & Outreach: Built awareness and engagement strategies, including content development for education, partnerships, and social media presence.Key Achievements:Designed a structured Knowledge Center covering tinnitus science, diagnosis, and coping strategies.Developed an integrated sound therapy module to assist users with symptom management.Created an Emergency Resources page to support individuals in crisis.This role has allowed me to bridge my expertise in mental health, cybersecurity, and product management to create a meaningful digital health solution.
