This led to a 50% reduction of the overall pitch building timeline and increased process transparency across all departments- Researched, designed, built, and operated a custom indoor vertical hydroponic system with the capacity to grow 70 vegetable and herb plants per 45-day cycle. Developed unique PVC fabrication methods for vertical growing towers and engineered environmental monitoring and control systems. Continually refined structural, nutrient, temperature, CO2/O2, humidity, and light intensity variables to achieve an optimal growing environment- As a member of a biomedical device technical support team at BioFire, initiated and led a small workflow optimization group to design, code, and test algorithms aimed at maximizing case handling efficiency and increasing automation.
