ABOUT BRENNAN WEBER
I’m an experienced Supply Chain professional with a passion for operations. I’ve led Healthcare and Retail distribution in both the 3PL and insourced spaces for brands such as Amazon, The Bay, Aritzia, Baxter and others. As the first Amazon Fulfilment Services Inc employee in Canada I was proud to be part the launch team for the initial three Amazon fulfilment centers in the country.Drawing on my Amazon experience and my Lean training I’ve led the turnaround of underperforming Ecommerce operations. I’ve had the unique opportunity to lead the implementation and operation of game-changing automation for The Bay, Saks Off 5th, Lord & Taylor and Saks Fifth Avenue in Canada and the US (that was fun!). I love to dig in and make things better and I enjoy the people I meet along the way.Outside of work you’ll find me on my mountain bike (it’s great to be back in BC with so many trails on our doorstep), on my road bike logging some kilometers, or at the rink volunteering with the local Short Track Speedskating community.
