   Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas• Project Layout and Dimensional Accuracy: You are responsible for all project layout, ensuring dimensional accuracy, and establishing primary and secondary control lines for crafts and subcontractors. This often involves interpreting plans and specifications. • Safety and Quality Control: The FE is a frontline leader for safety and quality on the job site. • Implementing and enforcing the highest site safety standards and programs. • Assisting with the quality control (QC) program, including checking work against specifications. • Drawings and Documentation:• Producing detailed concrete form drawings and/or lift drawings for field use. • Tracking and reporting daily job activities and progress. • Assisting foremen with the interpretation of plans and specifications. • Coordination and Logistics:• Coordinating material deliveries: checking requirements, delivery status, and verifying materials on-site for quantity, quality, and condition. • Coordinating with multiple trades and trade partners (subcontractors). • Cost and Schedule Support:• Assisting in gathering quantities of work in place for monthly cost control reports. • On smaller projects, they may handle weekly timekeeping. • Helping to manage the overall project schedule and logistics. • Supervisory Experience: The role provides an opportunity to direct a small workforce or crew on a limited scope of work to gain supervisory experience
