Client Success professional and policy communicator with a passion for tech, innovation, and urban design. I\'m a two-time graduate of UC Irvine—with a Master\'s in Public Policy—and a former Division 1 track athlete.I began my career in public service, working as a Legislative Aide for Congressman (Now CA Senator) Adam Schiff and completed several policy-focused internships, including at ABC News in Washington D.C. and in the California State Assembly. During graduate school, I conducted peer-reviewed research on platform governance, government relations, and technology policy—work that continues to inform how I think about systems and scale.After grad school, I helped launch Mintplex Labs as their founding Customer Success Manager, building out the B2B strategy in a fast-moving Web3 environment. I then joined Clipboard Health as a policy-oriented CSM in Trust and Safety, where I led investigations and implemented policy changes that reduced major healthcare platform incidents by 22%. That led to a contract role at Duco Experts, a tech policy consulting firm in San Francisco, where I supported time-sensitive initiatives for major Big Tech clients.Currently, I’m a Client Success Manager at ButterflyMX, leading the West Coast portfolio and helping scale a high-performing team in the smart access space.Outside of work, I’ve built a growing TikTok platform focused on transit policy and urbanism—@booleanbren—where I break down infrastructure, city design, and policy issues for an audience of and counting.
