As the Safety Program Manager for Dominion Energy, I am responsible for ensuring the safety of all solar and battery construction sites, DE\'s Small Modular Reactor pilot program, and LNG liquefaction projects. I oversee a team of 13 Safety Specialists supporting 35+ Solar and Battery construction projects. Last year, Solar worked 1.9 million man hours in 2022. In addition to managing my team, I also play a key role in pre-construction planning, active construction, and close-out activities. This includes conducting contractor evaluations, managing programs, investigating and tracking incidents, and training Dominion Energy colleagues on company safety policies and procedures.
