About Brenna McCarthy
I lead and mentor a group of 10–12 sales interns each term, providing strategic guidance, training, and professional development to help them excel in real-world sales environments. My role focuses on fostering a collaborative learning culture, coaching interns through key sales processes, and equipping them with the skills and confidence needed for long-term success in the industry and at Taylor. I am a proud University of Minnesota Alum with a focus in marketing, sales, and leadership. Outside my full-time job, I enjoy teaching at Betty Jo\'s Dance Center. I have been a dance instructor for the past 5 years, focused on fostering a passion for dance in young children. This dual experience in business environments and creative dance instruction shapes my professional ethos: fostering meaningful connections is the foundation for collaboration and success.
