This summer, I’m thrilled to be working in-person at Kohl’s corporate headquarters as an Assistant Buyer Intern in the Women’s Sleepwear & Maternity department. In this role, I’m gaining firsthand experience in the full buying lifecycle — from trend forecasting and assortment building to sales analysis and inventory management.I work directly with the buying team and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in planning, product development, sourcing, and marketing to help bring compelling, on-trend, and customer-focused assortments to life.
