My experience spans benefits design, funding strategies (including fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded plans), ERISA and Section 125 considerations, and ongoing plan administration. I take a consultative, data-driven approach to remove friction from renewals and ongoing plan management, simplifying complex insurance decisions and aligning coverage with business and workforce strategy. Guided by strong values and an entrepreneurial mindset, I focus on partnering with clients to solve real problems and move their businesses forward with confidence.I coordinate the strengths and specialization of our various Client Success team contributors to steward our groups\' benefit programs thoughtfully to build long-term client relationships.
