This job entails lots of customer service interaction, as people often have questions about various products, our return policy, and store hours. A high knowledge of our products is also necessary; being able to explain the similarities and differences between many products and brands is key to assisting with a positive customer experience. Knowing our products and their contents allows me to help customers choose products that fit their needs and have a smooth experience. Checking identification to ensure that all customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol and lottery is extremely important for the store integrity as well.
