   Utilized Lyniate Rhapsody and Epic Bridges for designing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions, aligning technology with business objectives, and optimizing end user workflows. Mentored junior Integration Engineers on Centura standards to ensure efficient and easily maintainable solutions. Led the data interface workstream for integrating two new hospitals into our Epic instance, overseeing the end-to-end implementation process. Compiled a comprehensive list of existing interfaces, conducted a detailed gap analysis, and worked with consultants to establish testing parameters. Successfully organized the migration of changes to production for a smooth go-live. Currently leading a project to onboard a recent acquisition of five hospitals onto our Epic instance, optimizing interfaces, and strategically building new ones for operational efficiency and cost savings. Completed a scope analysis, collaborated on data conversion from legacy EHR to Epic, and evaluated project progress and risks for leadership steering committees.
