I handle mortgage matters for home buyers and home owners in the Wellington and Hutt Valley area.My role is to source the right mortgage for my clients to get them in to the home they want.I spend as much time as needed to ensure the structure is correct to meet the goals of those I work with -often that can save them thousands of dollars and take years off the length of their mortgage.I help people buy their first home. I help existing home owners to get rid of their mortgages fast and I organize finance for property investors. Finally I ensure my clients are protected from unexpected events that life might throw at them so their families can keep their homes -regardless of the unexpected! That will often involve getting the correct level of personal insurance in place.My service is generally free of charge to my clients as the product providers I use pay for my cost.
