My experience spans finance and organizational development, association and membership management, social services, affordable housing, and retail—each teaching me how purpose, strategy, and execution come together to create meaningful impact.At the heart of my leadership is a commitment to clarity and alignment. Whether guiding a team through change, refining operational systems, or developing new funding strategies, I focus on creating environments where people can do their best work and see the difference it makes.My approach blends strategic and tactical thinking—rooted in frameworks like EOS and CJC that bring structure and accountability to complex organizations. I’ve worked with tools ranging from New Market Tax Credits to estate planning to help organizations secure resources for their mission, while building cultures that sustain passion and performance over time.I genuinely enjoy the work of translating vision into action, turning big ideas into practical steps, and helping organizations find focus in the chaos—because when mission-driven teams are aligned, their impact multiplies.
