Hello! I am an Instructional Designer with a background in soft skills training and L&D data analytics. My proficiency lies in solutioning, scripting, and storyboarding.Most recently, I\'ve designed eLearning, live action video-based learning, and online degree/certificate programs. During this time I\'ve worked with corporate clients as well as higher-ed faculty for course design, development and deployment.Previously, I\'ve facilitated soft skills trainings through instructor-led programmes and coached individuals through personalised consultations.I truly enjoy creating learning experiences founded on adult learning principles and sound instructional design practices, especially when they\'re backed by data. This is because I\'ve been in learning and development all my career; first in learning analytics, then training and facilitation, and now in learning design.What most excites me is how technology, psychology, visual design, writing, user experience, management and a variety of other fields come together to create impactful learning experiences and achieve learning outcomes.
