I have worked in the construction industry in the lower mainland for the past 20 years and have had the opportunity to work with and to get to know many great people along the way. It hasn\'t always been easy and the challenges have come in many forms. Whether it has been budget issues, hard to meet schedules, labour shortages or complex designs it has been the amazing people in this industry that have helped me get through. The relationships that I have made have been a big part of my success and what keeps me going during the challenging times.
