Oversee Planning and execution of multiple, complex field activities with a demonstrated record of successful schedule execution.• Coordinates between project engineering, construction, plant operations, subcontractors, clients, and vendors.• Manage preventative, predictive, corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability through continuous improvement.• Manage all scopes Instrumentation, Electrical, and Mechanical tasks.• Responsible for project safety, quality, responsiveness, and cost while achieving time schedules.• Manage construction projects, and maintenance projects to ensure on time work completion.• Ensure work orders and work packages are technically correct and capable of being performed safely and efficiently.• Provide effective progressive performance management of employee issues; respond to employee issues and concerns and resolve, to the extent practicable, bargaining unit grievance issues.• Conduct Pre-job, Post-job, ALARA briefings, and Team planning meetings.• Resolve work and safety issues to permit safe and efficient performance of work in the field.• Review and approve technical procedures, Scope of work, and conduct field validation of technical procedures.• Ensure all permits are obtained and technically correct.• Manage and Resolve resource and schedule issues.• Provide leadership and oversight for ensuring the requisite level of conduct operations.• Ensure onsite training is implemented and maintained. • Provides input to engineering and other organizations for improvement initiatives relating to operations and maintenance. • Proficient use of CMMS (Champs, EAM). • Daily use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Skype and PowerPoint.
