Throughout my career I have focused on strategizing, innovating, creating, and merchandising product for a wide range of consumers and building successful businesses, categories, and teams. At Nike, I have over a decade of experience in footwear product creation. Managing $1B businesses and teams across various divisions including Performance, Lifestyle, Women\'s, Men\'s, and Kids footwear. Recognized as a values driven product leader with extensive experience crafting and executing strategy and initiatives at category, divisional, and enterprise levels. I currently lead the Nike ACG “All Conditions Gear” footwear team, helping athletes chase dreams in the wild.As a former collegiate and professional athlete as well as coach, I believe that team and culture are the foundation of success in sport and business. Throughout my career I’ve made it a priority to cultivate a collaborative and inclusive environment where people want to work - where they feel valued, respected, and a sense of belonging - and foster an environment of continuous learning and development. Prior to a career in product creation, I was a business owner and founder. While still at University, I started Portland Double Decker - an event transportation and marketing company. The better part of a decade running a business in the hospitality and service industry taught me the values of hard work, accountability, and servant leadership at the beginning of my career. These attributes have served me well throughout my time in leadership roles. Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much quality time as possible with my wife and two toddlers, traveling, enjoying meals, running, and getting out in the great outdoors of the PNW.
