ABOUT BRENDA ODONOVAN
I am a senior partnerships and operations leader with deep experience building, scaling, and operationalizing enterprise-level strategic partnerships across media, sports, and technology. My strength is creating systems, governance, and cross-functional alignment required to grow high-value partnerships and accelerate revenue. As Director of Partner Management at FanDuel Sports Network, I have led the end-to-end lifecycle of one of the company’s most important enterprise partnerships, from partner strategy, GTM execution, program management, data governance, and executive stakeholder alignment. I build operating frameworks that allow revenue teams, product, content, marketing, and ELT to move faster with greater accuracy.Across 2024 and 2025, I led the successful naming rights partner search and activation, owning pitch development, SME orchestration, diligence workflows, and the full enterprise rollout of the FanDuel partnership. I architected the core operating infrastructure behind the relationship: standing up the company’s first performance dashboard (subs, engagement, revenue), establishing shared data definitions and QA controls, and driving structured cadences that strengthened partner confidence and internal alignment. I also operationalized MSSG’s first-ever FAST Channel, stepping in as program lead to build the GTM plan, documentation stack, partner communication systems, and cross-functional readiness model that created the blueprint for all future FAST launches. Previously, in Partner Strategy and BD roles, I developed commercial narratives, shaped cross-functional execution models, and managed executive communication—laying the foundation for the enterprise partner function. This combination of program leadership, operational rigor, and stakeholder orchestration enables me to manage complex partnerships from pitch through launch, scaling, and ongoing performance. Before FDSN, I built a career rooted in understanding people and building brands that connect with them. I’ve operated at every scale—from the big-agency world at Grey, to entrepreneurial, fast-moving environments like Luke’s Lobster, to working inside a global cultural disruptor like Meta. No matter the size, I’ve seen firsthand that the most valuable skill is the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and forge relationships that move businesses forward. It’s very much the Irish way, if you ask me.That mix of hard work, entrepreneurial scrappiness, and dry sarcasm makes me someone teams rely on professionally—and usually want to grab a drink with afterward.
