Joining as Simpplr’s first product designer, I quickly became responsible for the visual design and user experience of all Simpplr’s product offerings. Over the last few years I’ve championed the importance of simplicity, thoughtful design and user experience. Architected some of the companies most critical products & features and have been hands on with everything, from big picture planning through to the smallest of details. Highlights- Building, leading and managing an incredible design team across 3 continents- Architecting, planning and executing new products (employee newsletters, surveys, initatives & campaigns, analytics, content onboarding and many more)- Creating design systems, libraries, documentation and standards to increase consistency and scale at a rapid pace- Being part of a hyper growth start-up, growing from 20 to 500 customers, over 1 million active users and achieving multiple rounds of VC funding- Winning a SASS award for ‘Best UX in class’- Named ‘Intranet platforms leader’ by Forrester- Almost moving to California (Thanks Covid)- Helping build something I’m proud of.
