Eisenhower Integrity has been the foundation of my leadership approach across three decades in military service, global operations, and maritime innovation.As Chairman of the Board of TMA BlueTech, I help strengthen the maritime innovation economy through cross-sector collaboration — connecting startups, investors, researchers, and government partners across key areas like maritime defense, decarbonization, and ocean resilience. My focus is on building strategic partnerships that advance technology, sustainability, and global security in the Blue Economy.Previously, I served as President and COO of HALO Maritime Defense Systems, where I:• Built and led HALO’s Global Business Development strategy• Represented HALO before Congress and the U.S. Navy• Guided the company to become the first in the world to have its barrier systems independently tested by the Department of Defense and the U.S. Navy• Scaled operational teams to deliver customized, mission-ready solutions worldwideBefore HALO, as VP of Global Operations at Interactive Data Corporation, I led global alignment of Operations and IT, driving performance across continents while managing business continuity and disaster recovery programs.A U.S. Naval Academy graduate and Naval Aviator, I served with distinction for 30 years. As Deputy Commander for Navy Region Europe, I oversaw security and daily operations for all U.S. Navy bases in Europe and led multinational teams across five nations and four major defense contractors — work that contributed to the early design of the P-8A Poseidon aircraft program.I’m passionate about integrity in leadership, international collaboration, and building resilient maritime and defense ecosystems that protect both our people and our planet.
