As Deputy Commander for Navy Region Europe, I oversaw security and daily operations for all U.S. Navy bases in Europe and led multinational teams across five nations and four major defense contractors — work that contributed to the early design of the P-8A Poseidon aircraft program.I’m passionate about integrity in leadership, international collaboration, and building resilient maritime and defense ecosystems that protect both our people and our planet.
