I sat down and looked at my LinkedIn today, and asked myself,\"Does this actually sound like me?\"On LinkedIn, we sometimes get caught up using corporate jargon, but don\'t show any personality. It feels somewhat robotic, and in a world where AI is starting to thrive, now is probably a good time to be more human. With that said.Hi, I\'m Brendan. I moved to Vancouver eight years ago and I\'m now a Canadian citizen. I\'m a huge music fan, I\'ve been a DJ and music producer for the past 15 years. I\'d love to someday tour the world playing shows, but until that becomes a reality, I\'ve been loving my roles as a Business Analyst.My primary focus is to identify the needs of the business via collaboration with key stakeholders, allowing businesses to embrace change, cleaning existing process redundancies & drive the business forward by implementing new technologies.• Over 7 years’ Business Analyst experience in the IT industry, with a further 2 years of technical support, in enterprise environments such as Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA), Nurse Next Door, Dentons Law and Laois County Council (Ireland).• Provided seamless integration of Microsoft Office 365 to approximately endpoints, for users, while identifying opportunities to optimize license efficiency and deliver a cost-effective solution.• Design, development, documentation and implementation of a Windows 10 SAC solution for approximately devices, with a primary focus on Virtual Desktop Technology.• Proficient in requirements gathering via stakeholder engagement, roadmap planning, process design/mapping & sustainment frameworks.• Collaborate with development teams to deliver new products to strategically advance organizations as lead performers in their respective industries.
