Experienced technical problem solver with an educational background in information systems management, and work experience in the cloud technologies industry. I efficiently analyze technical obstacles for the business and implement strategic solutions to improve business productivity and processes.My current position requires in-depth troubleshooting of various technical functions such as REST APIs (involving JavaScript, Python, and SQL), HTML, Cloud Computing, Database Infrastructure, generative artificial intelligence, SAML SSO, and complex ETL cycles. I currently work with cross-functional teams to deploy new Salesforce processes in Support, prepare global Support for enterprise-level cloud product releases, and mentor new Tableau Online and Premium team members, all while providing an outstanding support experience to enterprise customers. I have built an 8-week ramp program for a global enterprise support team from the ground up, working with managers, tech leads, developers, program management, and trainers to create a comprehensive training plan for the Tableau Cloud global teams.
