I am the operations officer for the Reserve detachment of the Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG), and a team leader and instructor on our mobile training teams. We focus on advanced collective staff training for the Marine Ground Combat Element (GCE). We also work with our active duty counterparts to lead GCE doctrine and training standard development and refinement while examining emerging concepts and technology in order to enhance GCE operational readiness and interoperability in support of the Marine Air Ground Task Force.
