Up-front, agreed upon pricing, results in uncontested, automatic payments when the work is done. Users are able to tap into their social networks to find referrals using transactional data which shines a bright light on the home services industry. Homeowners no longer have to spend hours, days or weeks trying to track down referrals on who their friends and neighbors use. And service professionals no longer have to advertise anywhere else.
