At the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Tracy served as a prosecutor in the Office’s Trial Division and was a member of the Office’s Sex Crimes Unit, a supervisor to young attorneys, and was a Homicide prosecutor handling murder cases. He later moved to the Staten Island District Attorney’s Office where he served as the Deputy Bureau Chief of the Office’s Domestic Violence Bureau, prosecuting homicides and serious violent crimes, as well as supervising over ten Assistant District Attorneys. Brendan knows what it takes to advocate for those accused of committing a crime because he has first-hand knowledge of what it takes to prosecute someone who has been arrested for committing a crime.
