With 25 years of experience in the education sector, I am passionate about supporting students, staff, and parents in achieving their academic and personal goals. I have a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, and I specialize in enhancing athletic programs and supporting student needs.I am currently working as a Vice Principal at Westwood Community High School in Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada, where I help to build athletic programming and foster a positive school culture.In my previous role as Principal of Walter and Gladys Hill Elementary School, I was responsible for over 500 students and 60 staff members. I led and supported our school and school community through the covid pandemic, and helped to create a Multi-Sport athletic program for grades 4-6 students. I coach various sport teams, including school basketball, football and baseball. I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues, empowering my staff, and engaging with my students. I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow as an educator and a leader.
