Provide expert level GIS services to various Departments throughout the municipality – From assessing a departments needs to implementing GIS services to create efficiencies and economies of scale Manage the Office of Engineering, Planning and Zoning and provide problem solving assistance to other Departments to addressing work related personnel issues and instruct training workshops on Customer Service Relations Township Compliance with Local, State, and Federal Regulations that relate to Engineering and Planning - Working knowledge of NJDEP Flood Hazard Control Act Rules, Municipal Land Use Law and NJ Stormwater Regulations. Oversee FEMA NFIP CRS Program – Began as a Class 9 Rating Community and currently awaiting Class 6 approval Prepare plans, designs and specifications for public projects and improvements undertaken by the Township; maintains all papers, documents, memoranda, reports - stored within an Enterprise System which was designed and developed by myself and received State Approval. Designed, Developed, Implemented and Support the Mapping/Geocoding portion of the Township Police System (Spillman) which serves a municipality of almost residents.
