Manage procurement of all supplies for the airfield operations department, including lights, signs, and equipment, utilizing open purchase orders or P-cards for efficient payment processes. Compile in-progress construction reports and conducted various inspections on the airfield, including special, periodic, and continuous inspections to maintain operational safety standards. Respond to alerts and provide on-site command, control, and communication during events ensuring appropriate handling and providing real-time communication with administrative personnel. Monthly Fuel Reports for the finance department.
