As an HVAC Estimator/Designer at Wolcott, I handle the full estimating and design process for residential and commercial HVAC projects, ranging from to over a million dollars. I use Wrightsoft to create detailed load calculations, equipment selections, and duct designs that are both code-compliant and tailored to each project\'s specific needs.I work closely with a wide range of general contractors on a daily basis, maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the bid and design process. I’m constantly following up, answering questions, and making adjustments to meet changing project scopes and deadlines.My responsibilities include preparing and submitting competitive bids, developing complete HVAC system designs, and ensuring all estimates reflect accurate material, labor, and equipment costs. I coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly from concept through completion.This role requires a mix of technical accuracy, proactive communication, and strong time management—and I take pride in delivering on all three.
