My current role involves working with Honeywell’s major customers in Nordics \\ Ireland and consulting with them on either automation system migrations such as: DCS, SCADA, RTU, PLC, HMI, Virtualisation, Networking, communication protocols, and Cyber security. I advise on technology available now and is suitable as well as new technology that is coming but not available yet & then build a plan to get to the desired outcome over time. Cyber security is always part of this discussion typical discussions are centred around Managed Security Service (AV Updates, Windows Updates, Secure Remote Access), Network & Device Hardening, App Control, SMX, AMIR. I work with the wider Cyber security teams to ensure we do things right & fast,I have escalated a number of Cyber related items & helped build programs in EMEA to tackle these – e.g. McAfee VSE support & OPC-UA and how this improves Cyber Security of our systems.I am part of three program teams where I partner with the marketing & development teams to improve what we offer for these solutions. I get involved in recommending which features get investment, then reviewing the implementation while it is in development, and approval to continue \\ launch. I support all EMEA for customer demonstrations for these three solutions as I am the SME for EMEA. I organise VOC sessions for Development & marketing to get direct customer feedback to help get things right in a fast wayI work very closely with Honeywell’s largest customers and have reached the trusted adviser status with these customers. With one such customer I host a quarterly innovation forum covering what is new in Honeywell Process Solutions, Connected Industrial & Cyber security and we discuss how we can make things better for both companies. This customer made a presentation to Honeywell Process Solution President & VPs at the annual Users group conference in 2022. I plan these meetings myself and find or make the materials as needed.

I have held several different roles at Honeywell Process Solutions for the past 25 years. These roles have been focused on OT, with IT integration. During this time, I have built up the below key skills \\ experiences- I have earned trusted adviser status with both Honeywell’s major Automation customers in Nordics \\ Ireland, as well as internal stakeholders such as Local Account Managers, Global Strategic account managers, Service Managers, Offering managers and Development Engineering- I work very closely with three product programs, taking part in ideation, prioritising what we develop and approving prototypes, as well as separately voting on start development, release to market- I am very well known within Honeywell. I can efficiently navigate the heavily Matrixed organisation that is used in Honeywell and get results doing so- I have great depth of technical & design knowledge of Honeywell products and services, as well strong Architecture, Networking & Cyber security knowledge- I have strong Commercial \\ Sales knowledge- I have both Business Management and People Management experience- I have experience Dealing with issues \\ conflict and finding compromises or Win - Win scenarios- I have a passion for Cyber security, I designed and installed complex Cyber security solutions as an engineer before a dedicated Cyber security team existed in Honeywell. I work closely with the Honeywell Cyber security team in my current Technical Solutions Consultant role.I have a thirst for learning about new technologies and put a lot of effort into doing things right and fast
