About Brendan Obrien

As a software engineer, I have an extremely broad skillset having filled nearly every role in the software development field at one time or another. I also have a lot of technical depth and am able to solve the most difficult technical challenges.As I transitioned into the process engineering role, I initially focused primarily on software development processes. I have since been able to work in many more areas of business, including: customer service, sales, finance, and contract management. I\'ve found that my past experience as a software engineer directly contributes to helping to define and automate processes to create successful outcomes.In the course of helping teams optimize their processes, the use of good, meaningful data and analysis have become core tools to me. Again, my technical and especially mathematical background have allowed me to successfully leverage data to help tell the story of what\'s happening and show the improvements being achieved. I\'ve developed a real passion for analyzing data and finding ways to present it to help drive the best possible decisions.
