As a society, we\'ve invested a ton of resources into technology initiatives that aim to \"transform healthcare\" in one way or another. These investments have yielded great progress on a number of fronts. but there is still a tremendous amount of unmet potential and unrealized ROI on the table. We can do a better job leveraging technology to improve the experiences, outcomes, and costs that we\'ve come to accept. The opportunity to be a part of this change is a driving force behind who I am as a professional. I enjoy taking on complexity, building things from scratch, and fostering relationships with peers, partners, leaders, and team members.Highlights:• Led a variety of customer-facing and go-to-market initiatives for a healthcare technology firm spanning a 9-year growth period from early stage to acquisition and subsequent growth to $500 million in annual revenue with employees.• Championed, planned, and led a $45 million Epic implementation for an academic medical center.• Successfully executed a Performance Improvement initiative by deploying an agile-based methodology and technology platform for optimization requests, upgrades, and rollouts to new sites.• Developed Community Connect strategy, scope, pricing, implementation methodology, and support plans for multiple health systems.• Spearheaded go-live readiness for the largest Epic implementation in history by leading a system-wide clinical and revenue-cycle operational readiness initiative supported by 20+ consultants and hundreds of clinical and business stakeholders.
