General manager of a fast growing Powersports dealership located in Flemington New Jersey. Jersey Powersports deals with consumer, government and industrial customers on a daily basis selling all types of machines that help their day to day operations. I assist these customers first as a salesman. After the product is sold I manage the sales process from start to end, this includes the following. Make sure proper machine is built with correct serial number, set up delivery date if machine is getting delivered or set up pick up. Input all the customer information in the system, input deposits/payment of the machine into our system and get all proper paperwork signed. On top of sales I assist our parts manager in inventory counts, organization of parts room, ordering parts, and checking in parts as they are received. During the check in process if parts are for a service job, parts are sold to that job in the system, if for inventory they are placed in the parts room. My last major role is management in the day to day operations. I manage two warehouse workers who builds units that are sold or needed on showroom for display. I have two other employees under me in store. One is our technician where I instruct which jobs are to be worked on and what work needs to be done. I assist the service manager in this role if he’s ever out or busy. Lastly I manage and assist the head of finance. After receiving applications I provide the numbers needed for the deal, input applications if our head of finance is already working on applications. Communicate with customers about there approval or denial and the steps needed to move forward. Other tasks include, answering phones, answering leads via email or from other sources, and cleaning showroom and machines.
