I am a graduate student in my 6th and final year in the Doctor Physical Therapy program at Ithaca College, with an expected graduation in August 2024. During my time at Ithaca College, I was a member of the Varsity Football Team and received the Bradshaw Family Award for my dedication to the program as voted by the coaching staff. I developed a love for exercise from my days as a football player, and I want to share that with others to help people live pain-free with improved health and well-being.
