   SVP - Chief Litigation Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer responsible for all compliance matters and litigation brought against iQor\'s customer care, receivables management and product support business. Responsibilities include: Lead litigation and dispute resolution counsel, overseeing litigation team of attorneys, paralegals, and other staff in providing oversight of diverse litigation portfolio for global organization with employees in 18 countries. Manage all aspects of global compliance program, including consumer protection, data privacy issues, and trade compliance. Establish legal budgets, set litigation reserves, and work with finance/audit teams on reporting requirements. Monitor pending litigation and analyze litigation trends to develop and implement policies and procedures for iQor\'s compliance program. Counsel members of senior management on litigation and compliance matters in an effort to mitigate legal exposure and manage risk. Handle demanding caseload of all consumer finance litigation in the United States and Canada in defending all litigation matters brought pursuant to the FDCPA, TCPA, and FCRA. Oversee regulatory charges and employment litigation concerning Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, wage and hour laws, workers compensation, and other similar statutes.
