   Leads cross-functional teams (project managers, research scientists, clinicians, biostatisticians, statistical programmers) in the scoping, design, and execution of 5+ RWE studies for major biopharmaceutical client’s HEOR (Value and Evidence / Market Access), Pharmacovigilance, and Epidemiology teams to support their pre-clinical (e.g. informing trial design through identifying unmet need and characterizing the burden of disease), post-market (e.g. post-market commitment studies), and strategic needs (e.g. assessing market share to inform price negotiation with payers) for their oncology assets.• Authors and oversees the development of study materials, including research protocols, Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), Table/Figures/Listings (TFL) shells, study reports, executive summaries, presentations, and publications to facilitate the execution of studies and dissemination of findings.• Conducts statistical analyses (R, SQL) and oversees the execution of SAPs by statistical programmers in support of RWE studies, validating Flatiron data, and informing scoping. • Leads the review and interpretation of study results and communicates research findings to internal and external stakeholders through study reports, executive summaries, presentations, and peer-reviewed publications.• Manages client and stakeholder relationships by consulting on novel scientific methods and serving as a subject matter expert for new projects and proactively addressing time-sensitive client concerns.• Creates internal methodological and analytical resources to standardize study design approaches across projects, share knowledge on novel use cases and datasets, and upskill junior research scientists.
