Product manager for the TUCCI baseball product line, consisting of 12 brand new products • Lead design engineer for complex surface helmet shell models, new baseball technology, and on-body protective equipment • Became the lead of the VICIS research and development test team after company downsizing and the acquisition of VICIS assets by an outside investment group • Direct all aspects of product performance evaluation including defining product performance specifications, test plan development, competitor benchmarking, and product testing • Manages timelines for the evaluation of product performance and certification testing to ensure an on-time delivery of product that meets consumer demands • Design engineer for the helmet impact performance layer with additional contributions to CAD design and prototyping of helmet systems and mechanisms
