   I was invited to join the Two Hat’s family to strengthen and focus brand and design, internally and externally. By focusing on enhancing the process for websites to elevating their branding offering — we have catered and revealed ourselves to a new level of clients with new creative challenges and opportunities. • Partner with nonprofits, entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small to medium-size businesses to support design and marketing needs • Research, strategize, and define clients’ market landscapes, project, and timeline goals • Guide art direction and project lead within the creative process • Drive and execute design solutions against project goals and time-sensitive deliveries • Communicate and collaborate with project members—key stakeholders, creative director, designers, developers, freelancers, and vendors. • Shepherd clients through the creative process with high-level communication, transparency, and perspective • Support in client acquisition—research, pitch development, and conversation • Establish, evolve, and steward the Two Hats brand and design process • Document and implement process tools in line with culture and operation goals • Collaborate and strategize with owners on the internal brand model, goals, and on key decisions on how to move Two Hat\'s forward being mindful of its purpose in the world
