Outbound Solutions Architect - IAAS/PAAS - After a year of doing the outbound product manager role pivoted over to serving customer needs- Work on largest and strategic accounts for the Oracle Digital Business Unit. Provide technical aspects to customer intro calls, review architectures and break down customer\'s process to transitioning workloads to OCI- Success defined by increased customer usage, customer references and net new customers. Numbers exceeded every interval. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure went from a nascent niche player to one of the big four public clouds in the US- Part of the founding team of the TAM / Solutions Architect practice for the team covering OD. This practice was very successful in driving usage to top customers in the program. I covered the Solutions Architect part of the role while the TAM pipelined and organized all the customer projects, support issues and training and escalations. Technical review, break down projects and to identity pitfalls- Implement Pain Point Process with Outbound PMs to make sure every customer issue caused by a product issue was captured and categorized correctly and placed in the backlog.
