ABOUT BRENDAN FITZGERALD

I am a results-driven consulting professional with over 4 years of experience delivering technology-enabled solutions across application development, data analysis, and project management, primarily in the insurance industry. My roles have included application developer within Duck Creek, operations data analyst and process analyst, and most recently, project manager for a data modeling implementation based on the medallion architecture. This range of experience gives me a strong understanding of how to bridge business needs with technical solutions in fast-paced, Agile environments.I bring a foundational understanding of data modeling and have led initiatives to improve reporting, data accessibility, and operational efficiency. I have experience building dashboards using Power BI and Tableau, working with SQL to support analysis, and translating complex data into insights that inform strategy and execution. I’ve also supported cross-functional teams through system enhancements, data pipeline design, and process optimization.My approach is collaborative and outcome-oriented, with a focus on clarity, execution, and long-term impact. Outside of consulting, I’m passionate about leadership and mentorship. As an Assistant Wrestling Coach, I helped lead the team to its first league title in over two decades, reflecting my commitment to team growth and motivation.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from a leading university, where I was also an NCAA Division I student-athlete.
