   Process high-volume of daily cash management transactions such as ACH transfers, wires, anddeposits, ensuring proper approvals and support. Initiate and execute daily internal transactionsbetween various combinations of property and corporate entities. Manage transactional access to all bank accounts at all institutions and support bank access for corporate accountants and property sites. Handle bank transitions, opening and closing accounts as needed, and work with new clients to manage pre-existing or establish new banking relationships. Create, maintain, and update data repository of portfolio’s banks, bank accounts, debits/charges, etc. Manage account details across over 40 banks. Accountable for the safety and integrity of all accounts. Must be proactive in monitoring and auditing banking activity on a routine basis. Able to spot unusual activity, bounced checks, fraudulent activity, etc. Post daily cash activities, process miscellaneous deposits, and support Payroll Team in processing bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll entries. Special projects as required by management.
