I manage the operations of the Development District Association of Appalachia and the Association of Public Data Users, including producing member communications, annual conferences, trainings, and more. I also currently manage \"Building a Recovery-to-Work Ecosystem\", an Appalachian Regional Commission-funded project supporting four Appalachian regions in their effort to coordinate stakeholders to help individuals with substance use disorder gain and maintain employment. Past projects include the State Small Business Credit initiative within the Department of Treasury, Office of Economic Adjustment Industry Resilience program, Appalachian Regional Commission\'s 50th anniversary review, and Pew Charitable Trusts Business Incentives Initiative.
