Driving customer growth and platform excellence at TikTok, I specialize in developing and executing data-driven learning strategies for sales enablement, quality improvement, and operational efficiency.Content Quality: Led development and production of two video series (\"TikTok Lab\" and \"TikTalk\") to improve content quality and policy compliance, resulting in significant viewership (760k and 3.6M impressions, respectively) and a substantial reduction (18.8%) in low-quality content. This involved managing a large team, creating numerous video assets and interactive pages, and overseeing all project logistics, from content creation to legal contracts.Activation: A core focus of my work is driving creator engagement and monetization. I executed three creator roundtables, surveying 45 creators. Insights from these workshops informed the development & implementation of 5 key activation & education programs, including an Educational Roadshow (9 events in 5 cities across the US) These targeted initiatives resulted in significant WoW growth in GMV, an increase in content supply, and a remarkable 28.9% increase in conversions.Incubation: I spearheaded initiatives to boost creator sign-ups and onboarding, including 4 needs assessments, educational content development (6+ hours and 62 videos) on tiktokshopcreator.us handle, & a BFCM toolkit, culminating in a program that activated nearly creators and generated 20% of total platform GMV during BFCM. These efforts resulted in +70% followers and +300% year-over-year in monthly creator sign-ups.Process Development & Improvement: I drove operational improvements by developing and implementing key initiatives, including Policy Pre-Check a tool empowering creators to enhance quality and created/facilitated Pro Writing Training (adopted by leadership and impacting 90+ employees). Additionally, I developed a streamlined project management process to improve end-to-end workflows and team collaboration.
