Deep experience in navigating uncertainty, transitions and the inevitable question, “now what?” I roll up my sleeves to help clients figure out their next moves – whether it’s a culture shift, coaching a leader or individual, or facilitating a team through a challenge. My best work is with complexity. I know that the FOG we find ourselves in professionally or personally can be what I call a F%#@ Opportunity for Growth! So I make a difference by bringing my expertise, background, and creative perspective to help you turn a “now what?” into a “why not?” I’m a partner for thinking strategically and then supporting that next step and inspiring you to take it – holding you accountable. My clients get the benefit of my broad range of experience, including my background in education, leadership, organization dynamics, consulting, speaking, designing and facilitating retreats or workshops, and much more. Throughout my career I’ve been a change agent with experience as a Jr high school teacher, corporate leader, and entrepreneur/ founder of my own business. I hold a Master’s in Organization Development and a Bachelor’s in Communication and Education. Special Olympics, Sherwin Williams, McDonalds and Nemours Children’s Health System are just a few of the hundreds of businesses I have worked with to manage change for over 20 years. My corporate experience as well as a life gone sideways in 2008 inspire me to make a difference. I’ve dubbed myself the “Now What?” expert and have authored the Amazon Bestseller TBD—To Be Determined: Leading with Clarity and Confidence in Uncertain Times. I\'m proud to be a TEDx speaker, Vistage presenter, and international keynote speaker.
