Outstanding and passionate professional with a diverse background that offers an abundance of experience. With over 17 years leading new programs and processes, including awards and recognition programs developed by utilizing research, questioning attitude and teams. A career of developing and managing budgets for recognition programs and safety awards while mentoring safety committees and acquiring expert skills in employee concerns. The training and presentations developed over the years, including computer based training and in-person platforms, are something to be proud of. An accomplishment of excellence was the work on the Occupational Safety & Health Administration’s (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program team when CH2M Hill’s Plateau Remediation Contract (CHPRC) was awarded the prestigious Star Status. The responsibility of the Safety Lead was to ensure all hazardous, programs, policies, documentation and training were in place and auditable at any time. The most important of all aspects of the program was talking to the employees and ensuring they were properly trained and knew how to execute their job safely. This effort was across all our locations on the Hanford Site, spanning more than 560 square miles. CHPRC’s projects include the Plutonium Finishing Plant, Central Plateau Remediation project (surveillance & maintenance), 100K Sludge removal, Soil & Groundwater, Waste & Fuels, and the River Corridor.
