As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I guide youth, next-gen leaders, and teams of all ages to transform their natural talents into meaningful impact—whether that’s a high school student stepping into leadership for the first time or a seasoned professional seeking renewed energy and direction.My journey with CliftonStrengths began with my own development and quickly became a passion. When I brought these principles into our home, my husband and I began to understand how differently we’re wired and how our strengths complement each other. That awareness transformed how we related to our children. As we discovered and developed their unique strengths, they grew more confident, communication improved, and our connection deepened.
