I am a mission-driven leader with extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community partners to strengthen organizations and the communities they serve. My work is grounded in integrity, accountability, and a clear sense of purpose, with a focus on delivering meaningful and measurable results.As a servant leader, I prioritize building strong teams and empowering people to do their best work. My experience spans both sides of the funding process—from raising resources for mission-driven organizations to overseeing federal and state grant programs. I bring a collaborative approach to leadership and am skilled at bringing diverse stakeholders together, building consensus, and developing practical solutions that move organizations and communities forward.Throughout my career, I have focused on building organizations by strengthening leadership capacity, improving systems, and expanding partnerships so organizations can grow sustainably and deliver lasting impact. I value inclusive relationships across sectors and have a strong track record of identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and advancing work in resource-constrained environments.I currently serve as Executive Director of Pathway to Possible, where I led a successful financial turnaround, expanded fundraising, strengthened the leadership team, and increased community engagement.I previously served as an elected City Councilor in Newton, where I worked on policy initiatives related to housing access, economic equity, and community development.I have also been elected to serve on both local and national boards and am known for balancing mission-driven leadership with strong financial stewardship, strategic partnerships, and long-term organizational sustainability.

   Pathway To Possible\'s mission is to provide housing, support, and advocacy for people with cognitive and developmental disabilities – and their families – while erasing barriers, building confidence, empowering independence, and expanding opportunities that enrich their lives and their communities- Went from -9% deficit to a +2.5% budget surplus in a 24 month period, successfully achieved financial turnaround-Diversified funding sources and leveraged stakeholder partnerships to establish long-term sustainability in a direct care environment-Balanced agency mission with ensuring employee incentives, increasing employee investment and ensuring mission driven outcomes.
