I knew early in my childhood that I wanted to make a difference. My earliest acts were simple: teaching my parents to recycle, eating less meat, and riding my bike. Today, I make a difference with much greater individual, organizational, and broader community impact and benefit. My joy is in finding ways to do this that go beyond \"what we\'ve always done\". My job is it to make sure new innovative strategies and tactics get implemented. I love to help my team flourish by celebrating successes and fostering an environment where we learn from mistakes.
