I didn’t take a straight line through the public service - I followed the science and the evidence, learning how complex systems work and leading through change when it mattered most. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across Canada’s public institutions where evidence informs decisions, complex systems demand steady leadership, and people matter as much as outcomes.
